The Dublin Marathon 2013 – Session 10 – Review

Well I went out and ran, I was in two minds about it. But I got out there and did it! And am really pleased to have done so, the course was perfect for a come back, as it was relatively flat and I managed to get around in near perfect 8 min miles finishing in 32:09 so that’s a great bonus.

The leg hurt a little at the beginning and is throbbing a bit now, but it was fine to run on. I’ve decided to change my footwear I use to walk into work and see if that makes a difference. I also plan to do the 8 miles i’m scheduled for tomorrow, so fingers crossed there is no bad reaction to tonight’s run.
